Requirements

  • BCom qualification
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC)
  • Good knowledge of OTC - Project Accounting and Customer Billing
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Interact within own team and with direct supervisor
  • Follow detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • Make decisions that impact own work
  • Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions
  • Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility, and manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow
  • Streamline billing processes from customer inquiry, sales order, delivery, and invoicing
  • Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
  • Handle cash applications, apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process from payment receipt to finalization
  • Design processes and configure technology for creating and issuing customer invoices, ending with issuance and creation of corresponding receivable
