Requirements

BCom/MCom/Master of Business Administration
1 to 3 years of experience
Skill in Order to Cash - Order Management
Good understanding of cash applications, applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and processing from payment receipt to finalization
Ability to solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Ability to work with detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
Availability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes
Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility, and manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow
Streamline billing processes
Oversee processes from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing
Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
Assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing
Handle Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management
Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work, impacting own work through decisions
