Requirements

  • Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC) - P5 level
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 to 14 years of experience (YOE)
  • Spanish language proficiency at C2 level
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management related to team goals
  • Interact primarily with direct supervisor or team leads, and generally with peers, management at clients, or within Accenture
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments with minimal guidance
  • Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams
  • Manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Align with Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes
  • Oversee end-to-end processes from customer inquiry, sales order, delivery, and invoicing
  • Handle cash application processing, including solving queries related to cash applications, coordinating with customers, applying unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and processing from payment receipt to finalization
  • Manage end-to-end cash collection processes, including initial order receipt, credit authorization, collections, and revenue assurance activities
