Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities
- Train on the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution to include processing where required
- Ensure and process timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries
- Provide feedback to Managers with process / system improvements and assist in implementation
- Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows alongside Managers within the team and main stakeholders
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance
