  • Good understanding of cash applications, applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account, and processing from payment receipt to finalization

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
  • Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
  • Follow moderate level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others' work
  • Act as an individual contributor within a team with focused scope
  • Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility, and manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow
  • Streamline billing processes overseeing customer inquiry to invoicing
  • Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
  • Manage OTC collections/disputes including debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning
  • Perform cash reconciliations and follow up on missing remittances
  • Prepare refund packages accurately and supply to clients
  • Record all collections activities consistently per client process/tool
  • Deliver process requirements to achieve key performance targets
  • Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (including restricted countries)
