3 to 5 years of experience
Skill in Order to Cash - Cash Application Processing
Good understanding of cash applications, applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and processing from payment receipt to finalization
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
Receive and deposit customer payments
Apply cash remittances and credits/adjustments
Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances
Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting
Post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger
Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes
Oversee processes from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing
