Establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding member experiences
Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look (GOL)
Maintain a clean and organized OMNI space, with bin storage organized per gold standards and regularly cleaned for safety
Guarantee service excellence, set service standards, and empower teams to resolve member concerns
Ensure safe and positive environments for both team members and members, adhering to Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA) standards
Drive performance and profitability by using reporting to identify trends and opportunities
