Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of two years of experience in inventory or order management, and hold a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Order and Inventory Management Specialist will manage and process LTC/DEMO placement requests, consult with business stakeholders on placements, coordinate and plan inventory placement, provide completed documentation, create and update LTC/DEMO reports, monitor inventory cost value, raise awareness of underutilized sets, record stock take results, validate and investigate inventory discrepancies, compile investigation findings, analyze expiry reports, ensure accurate reconciliation, process amendment requests, facilitate upliftment documents, coordinate product returns, support warehouse and CSD teams, record deviations, and identify excess inventory.
