Key skills include strong technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation etc.), experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles, strong understanding of HCM REST API and SOAP services, and knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Reports, and integrations.
A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience as a Techno Functional Consultant specialized in Oracle HRMS is required.
Strong candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proven end-to-end HRMS implementation experience including configuration, data migration, UAT, and support, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional environments.
