Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor – Hauling will oversee drivers and helpers, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and operating standards. They will monitor and implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement, manage labor hours and disposal expenses, and work with the sales team to identify and eliminate unsafe conditions. Furthermore, they will provide service to customers, resolve unusual service requests, and ensure the effective delivery of service while supporting a culture of employee engagement.
