Minimum secondary or higher technical education (electrical or electronic profile preferred), experience in production plant operations (preferred), ability to read technical documentation, analytical thinking, stress resistance, teamwork skills, and readiness for shift work are required. SEP electrical/pressure certifications and TDT for handling dangerous goods tanks are advantageous.
