Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate electronically, in writing, and verbally, and possess computer proficiency with desktop software and MS Office. Senior and Lead roles require a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and triage challenges.

Responsibilities

The Operator will support start-up activities during the project phase, become experts in their assigned area, and educate their team on facility operation. After the project phase, they will ensure continuous supply of medicines by running the process, troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining a safety-first/quality-always mindset. Operators will provide leadership on the manufacturing floor, maintain a safe work environment, administer technical training, operate equipment, check execution documentation, drive key departmental objectives, and serve as a liaison between operations and support functions.
