A willingness to learn and follow management directives is also required.
As an Operator I, Manufacturing, you will read job specifications, observe machine operation, make necessary adjustments, and perform in-process testing. You will maintain all required documentation, assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning, notify Lead Operator of equipment or product issues, spread product as required, assist with cleanup, and take corrective actions.
