Responsibilities

  • Update technical training programs for assembly processes, work instructions, and tooling
  • Create engaging, practical learning content tailored to adult learners in a manufacturing/assembly environment
  • Put all training and documents in skill matrix / employee
  • Standardize training content across production lines and facilities in collaboration with SMEs and process engineers
  • Focus on clean working / employee
  • Deliver in-person, on-the-floor, and classroom-based training for new hires and existing team members
  • Conduct hands-on training and certifications for key assembly procedures and competencies
  • Facilitate cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility
  • Monitor trainee performance and readiness during and after onboarding
  • Collect feedback and training metrics to improve training effectiveness and reduce ramp-up time
  • Support quality initiatives by ensuring procedural adherence and reinforcing right-first-time behavior
  • Maintain accurate training records using the Skill matrix, ensuring it is up-to-date
  • Ensure all training content is current, version-controlled, and aligned with regulatory and quality requirements
  • Collaborate with document control teams to align training with released documentation
