Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict timelines
  • Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:00-19:30 shift with 30-minute break

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests and delivery queries
  • Sorting and allocating premium and distance deliveries
  • Checking and investigating failed deliveries/collections when needed
  • Prioritising and re-allocating failures for next day delivery as required
  • Using the Customer Delivery Option system to effectively manage customer requests
  • Allocating collections to routes as required
  • Inputting data into the tracking system
  • Maintaining clear and effective communications/collaboration with the team/managers and other depots
  • Following FedEx processes, procedures, controls, and external regulatory requirements
  • Completing daily reports within time frames
  • Providing support to supervisor, office/warehouse team, and drivers as required
  • Complying with all local and corporate legal requirements and ensuring safe and secure movement of freight
