Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests, along with delivery queries
  • Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries
  • Check and investigate (if required) failed deliveries / collections. Prioritise and re-allocate any failed deliveries for the next day delivery
  • Input data into our in-house tracking system
  • Maintain clear and effective communication / collaboration with the team / manager and other depots
  • Follow FedEx processes, procedures and controls as well as external regulatory requirements
  • Provide support to your supervisor and team members as required within the location
