Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will ensure the seamless running of the delivery business day-to-day, utilizing communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors to guarantee on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience. They will manage undelivered packages, complete daily reports, participate in the development of procedures and working methods, and monitor key performance indicators. Promoting and following safe work methods and behaviors, as well as adapting quickly to the needs of the business and problem-solving situations, are also key responsibilities.
