The Operations Specialist will conduct full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. They will coordinate with the Territory Operations Team to understand client needs, communicate effectively with users on the app to fill open positions, and make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage. Responsibilities also include coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates and the team, performing repetitive tasks with consistency, and adapting to where demand is highest with minimal downtime.
