Position Overview

World Kinect is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member, you will act as a crucial link between various departments, ensuring smooth coordination and effective resolution of customer-facing issues. This role involves diving into data, problem-solving, and contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer experience within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Credit, Dispatch, Billing, and Sales teams to ensure accurate customer setup and billing.
• Partner with the Customer Experience team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Conduct research across multiple systems to troubleshoot freight, hauler, mapping, and system errors.
• Support month-end closing and internal testing with flexibility and precision.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Analytical mindset with a knack for numbers
