Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end invoicing process for new customers, including drafting welcome and collections emails
Handle pre-approved expense cards and adhere to built-in approval procedures
Process and track receipts and expenses using internal system
Assist in travel budget estimations
Act as primary point of contact for building management communications
Oversee regular office orders and restock essential supplies
Manage kitchen operations, including acting as Kitchen Manager to ensure tidy space and stocked supplies
Manage office key card access for new and existing employees
Maintain company's computer and equipment inventory
Provide basic computer troubleshooting and support for the team, and communicate with professional support when necessary
Handle IT provisioning for new hires and exiting employees
Lead and run the Health and Safety Committee
Contribute to maintaining a positive and organized work environment
Coordinate team travel logistics
