Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end invoicing process for new customers, including drafting welcome and collections emails
  • Handle pre-approved expense cards and adhere to built-in approval procedures
  • Process and track receipts and expenses using internal system
  • Assist in travel budget estimations
  • Act as primary point of contact for building management communications
  • Oversee regular office orders and restock essential supplies
  • Manage kitchen operations, including acting as Kitchen Manager to ensure tidy space and stocked supplies
  • Manage office key card access for new and existing employees
  • Maintain company's computer and equipment inventory
  • Provide basic computer troubleshooting and support for the team, and communicate with professional support when necessary
  • Handle IT provisioning for new hires and exiting employees
  • Lead and run the Health and Safety Committee
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and organized work environment
  • Coordinate team travel logistics
