Requirements

2+ years of experience in a technical role involving scripting, automations, or system integrations
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
Proven ability to identify root causes of problems and propose effective technical solutions
Some experience or familiarity with project management, especially in technical or cross-functional environments
Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, or cloud tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
Exposure to C#, data pipelines, NLP, or machine learning concepts will be very beneficial
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
A natural problem solver who is both curious and action-oriented
Comfortable balancing coding, stakeholder engagement, and solution design
Passionate about improving operations and building tech that scales
Interested in the intersection of AI, ML, and real-world applications

Responsibilities

Act as a technical advisor and liaison between engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
Design and build technical solutions, including internal tools, scripts, and automations, with Python and JavaScript
Collaborate with both highly technical stakeholders and non-technical users to identify pain points and translate them into actionable engineering tasks
Troubleshoot and optimize platform integrations and ensure smooth data flows
Build scalable, self-serve solutions for common workflows to reduce manual overhead
Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and lead small projects to implement them end to end
Contribute to data quality and consistency through programmatic checks and thoughtful system design
