  • Ensure strict adherence to Corporate and Divisional policies
  • Fulfil manufacturing schedules by delivering the required volume and product mix each year
  • Facilitate problem-solving initiatives related to plant operations and manufacturing equipment to secure product quality and achieve production targets
  • Strive to meet productivity, quality, and cost efficiency goals
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development of Work Instructions and Operations procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Conduct Performance Excellence Assessments and Development plans to foster ongoing improvement
  • Contribute to Exception Reports concerning the Manufacturing department
  • Champion initiatives that prioritize human health, safety, and environmental sustainability in business practices
