Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of complex, cross-functional infotainment and connectivity programs, ensuring alignment on scope, resources, and timelines
  • Develop and maintain operational plans, track milestones, and proactively manage risks to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate across engineering, product management, and supply chain to support vehicle launch deliverables and resolve critical issues
  • Design and optimize operational workflows for software integration and vehicle interface systems, driving process efficiency
  • Facilitate change management and adoption of new tools, systems, and operational rhythms across teams
  • Lead recurring operational reviews, readiness checks, and launch alignment meetings; provide executive-level reporting and dashboards
  • Forecast resource needs, monitor program risks, and ensure compliance with safety-critical software development practices
  • Champion operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to scale processes and enhance program performance
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing insights on program status, dependencies, and strategic trade-offs
