  • Experience in leading, executing and scaling operational projects and initiatives, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven strategic mindset with a track record of shaping and executing operational strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven ability to influence, persuade and build consensus to take multiple teams with you on the journey
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working hands-on in ambiguous environments - building, testing and iterating where products are still being defined
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic ability with experience in building a structured approach to breaking down complex problems
  • Proven data-driven mindset, track record in data analysis and utilising data to make informed decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of Deliveroo for Work’s Catering proposition, ensuring operational consistency across processes with clients, restaurant partners and delivery partners
  • Responsible for the relationships with the Catering delivery providers, including running WBRs and MBRs to consistently monitor and improve performance
  • Present and report regularly to the DfW Leadership team on performance to ensure reliable deliveries
  • Responsible for designing a Catering launch playbook to support regional and international rollout, and own the implementation of operational systems and processes in new markets
  • Closely collaborate with Product, Restaurant, Packaging and Care Teams to improve existing processes, identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, troubleshoot recurring issues and work cross-functionally to implement solutions
  • Work closely with the Deliveroo for Work Marketing Team on Catering go-to-market content timelines
  • Drive data-informed improvements through continuous tracking and reporting across a wide range of metrics
