The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, including management, supervision, and policy implementation. This role involves sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, and development, financial management, and customer service leadership. The Operations Manager will lead others, supervise and direct crew activities, communicate effectively with the store team and supervisors, and support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements. They will also assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote the CVS customer service culture.
