Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries about vehicle maintenance, damage, or breakdowns via phone, email, and platform
  • Serve as first point of contact for garages, repairers, rental companies, and insurers
  • Manage timely handling of all damage cases, ROB (Reparatie/Banden/Onderhoud) requests, and organize replacement transport
  • Take damage reports and ROB reports, provide information on coverage and handling processes
  • Communicate with customers, repairers, and service/sales colleagues about ongoing cases
  • Involve damage experts when necessary and ensure complete damage files, closing them on the platform
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process
  • Support customers with vehicle stranding in the Netherlands or abroad
  • Assess if repairs fall under warranty or goodwill and refer dealers to the importer
  • Manage the pool of stock cars and arrange reconditioning as needed
  • Initiate improvements for growth and optimization
  • Organize vehicle intake
  • Temporarily: request fuel passes, handle remarketing, purchase new lease cars, process fines, and administratively set up/take in lease contracts
