Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026 in Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1+ years of Operations-related experience (e.g., work experience, internships, special projects)
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future Operations leader and serve in a people manager capacity post-program
  • Consistent track record of teamwork demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to interact with and influence colleagues and leaders at all levels in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong executive presence
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship (not eligible for F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, or CPT visas)
  • Geographic flexibility required during and upon completion of the program
  • Responsible for finalizing housing and transportation prior to program start (July 13, 2026) and across each six-month rotation

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple assignments over two years, providing strategic direction in different facets of Operations
  • Gain proficiency in diverse functional areas, business units, products/services, and regions
  • Engage in formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and networking with LDP alumni
  • Complete core rotations: Manufacturing Engineering, PPI Specialist, Process Engineer, Value Engineering
  • Complete core people management rotations: Distribution Team Lead, Production Team Lead, Quality Team Lead
  • Participate in elective rotations in Supply Chain, Distribution/Logistics, Procurement, and Quality
