  • Manage and develop a high-performing team consisting of AI Operations Specialists, Project Coordinators, Automation Specialists, and potentially a Supervisor

  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
  • Monitor team workflows, identify areas for improvement, and ensure output quality and efficiency across all domains (LLM QA, prompt testing, data curation, automation)
  • Partner with ML engineers, product managers, and go-to-market teams to align priorities, drive shared goals, and maintain system integrity
  • Establish scalable workflows, documentation standards, and best practices for AI Operations
  • Guide the team through the ongoing transition from Receipt Quality to a formal AI Operations function, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement
