Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Process improvement management
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • A logical and inquisitive mind, focused on solving/improving business processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide the link between Technology & Innovation (T&I) UK&I functions regarding key improvement activities
  • Review, determine and be accountable for End-to-End Operational Readiness on identified improvements
  • Establish strong affiliations and maintain a 'trusted advisor' relationship with T&I function Senior Management
  • Act as the 'Voice of IT Service Management' for all improvement activity
  • Proactively engage and inform internal delivery stakeholders as 'one team' ensuring seamless delivery of services to the client(s) during and immediately following transition
  • Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' for improvement activities by advising and influencing at all levels regarding the delivery, availability and functionality of services and systems
  • Identify Risks and Issues for the operational areas of T&I which are identified or manifest themselves during transition activities, ensuring any new items and associated actions are logged onto the relevant internal risk registers. Ensure that risk and issues are reported accordingly to the relevant senior management, and they are kept fully informed of their status, when applicable
  • Successfully lead, manage, and influence activities within a matrix managed environment when escalation is required. Ensure all escalations are valid / justified and that the correct channels have been followed prior to the required escalation
