2-3 years of recruitment experience in retail or manufacturing sites
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
On-site work arrangement: 5 days in Londonderry, NH

Responsibilities

Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations
Review candidates from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and advance suitable candidates
Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans aligned to search requirements
Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, networking sites using Boolean search language
Solicit and pursue referrals from business and internal networks
Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities
Engage candidates using phone, email, social media, etc., and articulate value proposition
Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching on logistics, schedule, attire, and expectations
Provide timely updates to candidates on application and interview status
Draft and use phone interview templates appropriate to the job description
Use independent judgement to assess phone interview notes and skills assessments against position requirements
Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results
Review background and reference information as required
Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
Act as brand ambassador for the client, delivering exceptional talent with proactive communication
Serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders
