Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in online casino operations, encompassing customer service, CRM, fraud, VIP, loyalty, and technology integrations. They must be fluent in casino terminology, bonus structures, regulatory sensitivities, and player psychology, demonstrating a proven ability to manage teams across time zones and cultures. Furthermore, candidates should have hands-on familiarity with software and technology, and be willing to work non-traditional hours, including Friday through Sunday, nights and holidays, along with an impeccable background check and references emphasizing trust and discretion.
As the Operations Lead, you will oversee daily financial reporting to provide a real-time pulse on the business, generating and analyzing updates on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), customer deposits and withdrawals, active player counts, and daily sign-ups, as well as tracking game functionality metrics. You will also flag anomalies, identify trends, and deliver concise reports to leadership, capturing the impact of promotions, VIP activity, and churn. Additionally, you will lead a 24/7 customer support team with excellence and empathy, manage the CRM lifecycle, triage and troubleshoot player issues, oversee anti-fraud systems, collaborate with payment providers and compliance teams, manage live chat systems and CRMs, and spearhead customer reporting, fraud risk, and platform health.
