Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, training, or onboarding roles, particularly within healthcare
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Manage half of the new hire pipeline
  • Collaborate with recruiters and onboarding specialists to deliver high-quality orientation sessions
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, licensure, and compliance requirements are met
  • Foster enthusiasm among new hires and build strong relationships
  • Support cross-functional collaboration
  • Continuously refine onboarding best practices

  • Maintain accurate personnel documentation
