Candidates should have experience working in an operations function, preferably with people operations experience, and experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally within a startup company. They should be excited by constant change and growth, a team player ready to support colleagues, possess a strong sense of ownership, and be comfortable working independently while seeking help when needed. Fluency in English is required, and bonus points are given for fluency in multiple languages, experience working remotely, and international people operations experience.
The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will assist the Onboarding Operations team in onboarding new employees, taking on projects and tasks to ease administrative load for Onboarding Specialists across regions. They will also assist in creating and maintaining documentation, continuously identify and implement ways to improve the onboarding experience, manage employee data and serve as a subject matter expert, support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives, and identify automation opportunities within onboarding processes.
