Candidates should have experience working in an operations function, preferably with people operations experience, and experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally within a startup company. They should be excited by the constant change and growth associated with a startup, possess a strong sense of ownership, be comfortable working independently while also seeking help when needed, and be a productivity geek constantly looking for ways to improve processes. Fluency in English is required, and bonus points are given for fluency in multiple languages, experience working remotely, and international people operations experience.
The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will assist the Onboarding Operations team in the onboarding of new employees, taking on projects and tasks to ease administrative load. They will also assist in creating and maintaining documentation, continuously identifying and implementing ways to improve the onboarding experience, manage employee data and serve as a subject matter expert, support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives, and identify automation opportunities within onboarding processes.
