Responsibilities

  • Coach sellers on all aspects of live selling: from assortment and developing innovative run-of-show/format ideas to on-camera performance, live audience engagement, and leveraging analytics for growth
  • Guide new sellers through the onboarding journey from intake to first stream
  • Conduct live training webinars and onboarding sessions to educate sellers on tools, setup, and policies
  • Support sellers with technical setup, store readiness, and compliance
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure sellers progress through each milestone on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Live Ops, GCX, Category) to resolve issues and streamline onboarding
  • Deliver a seller experience that builds confidence, trust, and excitement for live selling
