Ability to perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment

Responsibilities
Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
Utilize handheld scanner (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, including expired or short-dated items on pick list
Communicate with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished
Work with team to pull merchandise from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment
Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators
Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI Space, including bin storage for member orders based on gold standards
Regularly clean and maintain storage bins based on safety standards
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and de-escalate member concerns
