Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high level of inventory accuracy for the manufacturing site and ensure schedules are met
  • Ensure inventory handlers in all areas of responsibility are efficient and effective, meeting SOP, WI, site, and corporate requirements
  • Maintain acceptable warehouse metrics in assigned areas
  • Lead the identification and propagation of best practices across regions
  • Supervise assigned team in the delivery of effective day-to-day operations
  • Build individual and team capability through performance assessments, employee development plans, and training
  • Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating Plexus Core Values
  • Evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and provide development and coaching to realize employees' full potential
  • Serve as site expert in warehousing and inventory control, providing effective supervision of assigned team and processes to meet functional department and customer requirements
