Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field

Responsibilities

Manage a high level of inventory accuracy for the manufacturing site and ensure schedules are met
Ensure inventory handlers in all areas of responsibility are efficient and effective, meeting SOP, WI, site, and corporate requirements
Maintain acceptable warehouse metrics in assigned areas
Lead the identification and propagation of best practices across regions
Supervise assigned team in the delivery of effective day-to-day operations
Build individual and team capability through performance assessments, employee development plans, and training
Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating Plexus Core Values
Evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and provide development and coaching to realize employees' full potential
Serve as site expert in warehousing and inventory control, providing effective supervision of assigned team and processes to meet functional department and customer requirements
