Requirements

  • B Tech (Electrical/Instrumentation)
  • Fresher (no prior experience required)
  • Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Servo Motors & Drives, control valves & switches, VFDs, Relays, and different electronic circuits, motors, star delta starters, relay, Panel & switch gear, Contractor
  • Basic Knowledge of Electrical system
  • Knowledge of handling equipment’s with safety like applying LOTO during maintenance activity
  • Ability to work all shifts flexibly when job demands
  • Ability to continuously stand for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

Responsibilities

  • Handling shift maintenance activity for Oral dosage manufacturing area
  • Ensure compliance of GMP/GEP/GDP
  • Ensure safety compliance as per Abbott Safety Guidelines
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
  • Work in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process
  • Supervise electrical works when new installations are undertaken
  • Learn new skills and attend training programs in order to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry
  • Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented
