Candidates should have proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in property management, along with proficiency in using Rent Manager and strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, and high attention to detail with the ability to follow through with tasks independently are also required.
The Office Receptionist & Data Entry Specialist will serve as the first point of contact by handling all incoming phone calls and emails, enter and update data in Rent Manager, create and assign maintenance tickets, follow up with tenants regarding payments, perform general administrative duties such as filing and document management, assist in generating communications, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
