Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of office management experience, particularly in a tech-focused environment, along with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail, proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. A keen understanding of budgeting and accounting principles is also required.

Responsibilities

The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office and administer office policies and procedures, maintain efficient office logistics including supply inventory management and service provider coordination, supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for team members, manage communication channels, including direct correspondence and inquiries, assist in the development and management of budgets related to office expenditures, and plan company events and activities to enhance team engagement and company culture.
