Requirements

Bachelor's degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
At least 2 years of experience in office coordination, facilities, hospitality, or related fields
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A hands-on, proactive mindset with a readiness to jump in and solve problems
Ability to adjust to changing priorities, schedules, and environments

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations to maintain an efficient, well-organized workplace
Serve as the primary contact for all facility-related inquiries and vendor coordination
Maintain and restock office supplies, equipment, and common areas
Welcome new hires with guided office tours and prepare desks and workstation
Design inviting, functional spaces that reflect our team culture and enhance productivity
Plan and execute internal events from concept through completion, including logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
