Responsibilities

Working with the office manager to find new and creative ways to improve employees’ well-being and contentment in the office to strengthen our corporate culture
Supporting the central HR team from Lithuania (onboarding, offboarding, etc) at the Berlin HQ
Building good relationships with employees, understanding their needs, and working with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to improve their experience
Managing office liaisons with vendors, landlords, utility companies, and authorities
Supporting, planning, and executing internal team activities, events, and celebrations; ordering of employees' company gifts
Supporting ordering supplies and monitoring purchases to cover the office’s needs: equipment, services, gifts, stationery, food and beverages, furniture and articles, etc
Dealing with correspondence, coordinating shipments and deliveries
Ensuring meeting rooms and shared office spaces are well-equipped and functional (tech setup, seating, cleanliness)
Ensure that office fridges and snack shelves are restocked and neatly organized to maintain a welcoming environment for the team
