Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Previous experience with advanced Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools, as well as Data Analytics
  • Experience leading high-impact and complex projects for efficiency improvement
  • Expert in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis, problem-solving, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Gemba Coach, Gap Analysis, and Industrial Engineering
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing system principles
  • Deep knowledge of plant operational and transactional processes
  • Proficiency in database management and data visualization
  • Advanced Conversational English
  • Availability to rotate between plants according to business needs

Responsibilities

  • Establish deliverables and goals for assigned agile projects
  • Define required SMEs at central and local levels for each assigned agile project
  • Request and formalize support from the central OEX team as required
  • Define necessary resources for agile project implementation
  • Lead and implement assigned agile projects
  • Develop integral solutions (people, processes, systems, data) for the problem posed in the agile project
  • Manage and communicate progress of assigned agile projects
  • Enable Operational and OEX teams in plants with the processes, systems, and tools developed in the agile project
  • Advise Operational and OEX teams in plants on doubts or recommendations post-implementation
  • Support the OEX recognition system
