Requirements

Candidates must hold a compact RN license and an active NJ APP license, be willing to work M-F, 9am - 6pm EST, possess extensive obstetric experience (minimum 4 years), including treating high-risk patients, and some experience caring for infants. They should have a passion for and demonstrated effectiveness in optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes, experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes, experience leading successful teams, a sense of urgency to improve outcomes, exceptional organization and attention to detail, a growth mindset, and familiarity with using multiple tech platforms.

Responsibilities

The Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) will be accountable for improving clinical outcomes for empaneled patients by overseeing their medical care, leading daily clinical huddles focused on collaboration across a clinical pod, reviewing complex patient cases, developing care plans, supporting other members of the clinical team, monitoring adverse events, holding clinical retros, leading development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms, actively participating in on-call schedules, and advising about platform improvements.
