Responsibilities

Ensure all centers are operationally efficient and are optimizing resources for patients (Multi-Center Operational Rigor)
Focus on patient experience and engagement, gathering information to improve customer service across all cohorts (Service and Clinical teams)
Optimize schedule management, patient responsiveness, and clinical outcomes
Continuously improve sites through proactive identification and improvement of operational opportunities
Collaborate with center-level leadership to create sustainable solutions (Problem Solving)
Share best practices and coordinate improvements across centers and markets
Implement new initiatives to enhance daily operations (Clinic Operations Programming)
Drive new initiatives, whether centrally or regionally driven, to improve operations (Launch New Initiatives)
