  • Continuously improve sites through proactive identification and improvement of operational opportunities
  • Collaborate with center-level leadership to create sustainable solutions (Problem Solving)
  • Share best practices and coordinate improvements across centers and markets
  • Implement new initiatives to enhance daily operations (Clinic Operations Programming)
  • Drive new initiatives, whether centrally or regionally driven, to improve operations (Launch New Initiatives)
