Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in the planning or growth of business or services (with system development), along with proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint/Google Slides, creating simulations and graphs in Excel/Google Sheets, and drafting requirements specifications or user stories. Strong communication skills are required for effectively negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with the Consumer Price Standards Act (especially the CPSA) and business-level English proficiency are also desired.
The individual will be responsible for planning and executing long-term growth strategies and execution plans for each service, analyzing click-through rates and dropout trends to propose UI/UX improvements, collaborating with the marketing department to develop and implement paid and owned media promotion strategies, gathering feedback from merchants to define necessary features and requirements, and proactively addressing legal and reputational business risks. They will also lead the planning and promotion of new O2O marketing services (such as coupons, stamps, and flyers) and services integrated with LINE/Yahoo!, driving growth, and contributing to the creation of new services that contribute to the platform's future growth. Furthermore, they will contribute to the development of a merchant super app by creating new services focused on promotion, and will oversee the entire value chain of stores, including sales, and will play a leadership role in merchant service planning.
