Requirements

  • Maintains facility safety via sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, steel standard guidelines, correcting/reporting unsafe situations
  • Ensures sales floor/merchandise maintenance by handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing merchandise, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink items
  • Monitors food/merchandise quality via product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation, merchandising categories, stocking/zoning/cleaning departments
  • Leads/participates in teams by sharing resources/tools, determining needs/priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support, modeling adaptation to change
  • Oversees picking/staging of club pick up orders per policy/procedures
  • Develops/communicates/implements processes by collaborating with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, identifying improvements
  • Demonstrates/promotes compliance with policies/procedures/ethics/integrity, implements action plans, uses Open Door Policy, assists with correcting issues
