Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Execute key account (KA) work in the region based on oral care brand strategies and national KA market strategies
  • Achieve regional KA KPI business targets under the leadership of channel headquarters and national KA manager
  • Maintain good relationships with key KA customers in the region to promote product adoption positively
  • Use channel resources rationally per marketing strategies to distribute samples, brand materials, etc., to regional KA customers for brand promotion and sales
  • Under national KA manager's leadership, complete access actions for national top large specialty dental hospitals and hospital dental departments
  • Under national KA manager's leadership, drive continuous sales conversion at KA customer terminals and meet related sales targets
  • Under national KA manager's leadership, develop and manage new platform distributors
  • Assist other sales channels with market marketing execution activities as required by the company
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, laws, regulations, and Haleon's code of conduct
  • Comply with Haleon's global quality policy (GQP) and global quality guidelines (GQG)
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
  • Promote and sell Haleon products (nutrition health, OTC drugs, oral health, and future expanded categories) in assigned jurisdiction or channels as per company arrangements
