Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience managing incident response teams, knowledge of ITSM frameworks and incident management processes, proficiency in data center operations and cloud infrastructure monitoring, and advanced skills in documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zoom Docs. They should also demonstrate leadership in cross-functional team environments and possess flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

This NOC Shift Lead will oversee real-time monitoring and analysis of system performance metrics and KPIs, manage incident response workflow and coordinate resolution across technical teams, direct troubleshooting efforts and incident investigations, supervise ticket queue management and action item tracking, coordinate with technical and service teams for system maintenance and upgrades, and maintain uptime for Zoom application & tools while monitoring Infrastructure & AWS cloud technologies.
