Candidates must possess an active Q or TS/SCI security clearance, along with 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure and applications within classified or restricted environments. Strong skills in application observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and ELK are required, as well as familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP, or similar security frameworks.
The NOC Technician will monitor infrastructure and Kubernetes-based applications in classified environments, swiftly responding to incidents and performance issues, and partnering closely with engineering teams to deploy, scale, optimize, and manage containerized applications. They will conduct proactive troubleshooting, coordinate and manage secure software releases, oversee secure software movement, enforce security best practices, and maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation for all operational and security activities, while also ensuring adherence to physical security guidelines and data sanitization practices.
